CSV File Importing

Hi ,
I received a CSV file for sales which I import
However it always assumes that there is 20% vat
This is not always the case
Is there something I need to do ?

Please find the attached article on importing sales

Note there are 4 mandatory fields, in the optional fields you will see the below which you will need on your csv file and will map when importing

  • VAT rate [if absent we will assume the standard rate for VAT registered accounts]
  • VAT amount [if absent will use the VAT rate to determine the VAT amount]
