Hi i have a personal Halifax CSV I have downloaded but am having issues importing it. I tried to use other and Halifax option.

Unfortunately we only support business accounts and not personal accounts. However, the ‘Other’ option should still work for you.
Would you be able to send me a copy of the file in a private message please and I’ll take a look for you? If you click my name, and then ‘Message’, that will start a new message to me
You might want to remove that import image above as well as there is quite a lot of personal info in there!
