Current Assets less Current Liabilities

Afternoon all.
I hope someone can help me sort this out please:-
I am trying to complete my year end process but cant as my accounts are showing a MINUS in Current Assets and Current Liabilities . I know where the minus is, ( its from Proprietors Drawings Account,)
Do I need to make a New Journal ( similar to closing/opening )
