Hi there could you advise please. All our clients pay a refundable deposit when their contract expires. approx £50 each client.
I Created a sales inventory for deposits and zero vat as they will be reimbursed. 99% pay cash which goes into the holding bank account.
The query i have is how to a refund this client even after the vat has been submitted as i cannot modify the invoice. i can only credit note the transaction.
