Hi. It says on my invoices…‘pay online at…’
My customers are paying straight into my bank account. What would happen if they followed this link? How would they exactly pay through quickfile? Thanks

The link takes them to the login screen for QuickFile for your company to see their account with you.
Currently you have no payment providers set up in Account Settings > All Settings > Integrations Tab > Online Payment Integration. If you had one set up they would then be given options you set.
Alternatively you can hide the message on the invoice in Sales > Invoice Customisation
