Customising Nominal Account Structure

I cannot see a way to change the name or delete nominal accounts

I have not used any of them yet but for example I want to rename 4000 General Sales to 4000 Bike Sale then create 4001 Trike sales etc

I do not want to see 4000 General Sales - how can I do this

The accounts seemed locked

The default codes are locked.

General sales should be left as a “catch all” for sales invoices. I would reccomend using 4001 Bike Sale, 4002 Trike sales etc
