Good morning. I helped set a friend up on quickfile (i have been using quickfile for 3 years)
The bank feed is coming from Danske Bank after the first 2 weeks we paid the £15 to have the open bank feed for next 12 mths. (around start of April) - it is not pulling in the transactions. We have re-authorised the bank feed and still no luck. Has anyone else experienced problems with Danske. We have been in touch with Steve but advice is to re-authorise which we have already done
Really need help with this.

We have managed to re run the Danske feed for all accounts as there was an issue pulling the data.
Hi Steve - so does this mean it is now fixed? Can we just refresh the bank feed or do we need to revoke and re link to bank feed?

You said you already revoked and re linked so no need to do it again.
As I mention earlier to you some of you transactions were not marked as cleared (by the bank), until they are these transactions would not be imported.

Those transactions where over 2 weeks ago - is that not strange that even thou they have been and money received that from quickfiles side it shows as not marked as cleared?

Yes, it does seem strange. However, this is based on the data the bank is sending us. We have no control over that.
Until a transaction is marked as cleared and confirmed as not changing (e.g. a pre-authorisation would change), we won’t import it, otherwise it may not match your bank statement.
You’re welcome to manually input these for the time being, and we’ll monitor these particular transactions from our side, too, to see what happens.
