Hi, I would like to migrate to a different software but Quickfile is asking for power user subscription and is not letting me access my account. Can I please download the data we have on Quickfile without the upgrade?

Thank you so much for doing this. It is not giving me an option to create a data back up. It is only giving me an option to schedule a monthly back. Can you please help with this?

Once you’re on the backup page, you should see an option to “Run now”, similar to this:
