We recently changed bank accounts (I changed details in quickfile and gocardless) and since then all the direct debit collections have failed, on the quickfile side, the requests are not feeding through to gocardless. I assumed it was to do with the change so I cancelled the existing mandates and sent out new requests. Now the links for those new mandate requests are just showing “Oops there was a problem”???
Please could you try disconnecting GoCardless and then re-connecting?
