Deactivated Bank feed missing transactions

As a new fairly user I set up the Barclays bank feed for my company and all worked well initially.

I then went away for a couple of months and did not use QuickFile. Subsequently the bank feed was deactivated - yesterday I therefore had to reactivate the account. Unfortunately on reactivation not all the bank entries have been pulled through to my company profile.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a way to ensure all entries are brought through from Barclays to Quickfile?


If the feed is deactivated and then reactivated it will only resume at the date upon which it is reinstated. You should be able to resolve this by downloading a csv file and importing this manually into Quick File to cover the missing period.
