when i try to run the historical Debtor / Creditor Report it times out / crashes. My accountant is trying to produce year end reports and is having the same problem. Is this a known bug / fault?

We’re not aware of any issues at the moment, but we will certainly take a look at this for you.
I’ve managed to locate your account, can you let me know what date you’re running the report for, please, and whether it’s invoices receivable, payable, or both, that you’re having the issue with?
thank you Matthew, we are trying to run the report to 31/03/2024 on our Brooke Biomass account (i have a few)
