Declined Estimates remain acceptable in client area


Am I right in thinking that a declined estimate remains acceptable?

Basically, a client has decided not to go ahead with their hire, so I’ve manually gone in and set the estimate to declined, which nicely (and as I’d like it) shows in the client are as declined.

However, the accept button still appears (in Admin Impersonation). I presume the client could therefore go back in and accept the estimate? That would be bad…

Is the workaround to delete it (removing it from the client area)?


There are cases where estimates are initially declined, then modified by the issuer and later accepted by the client. Deleting it would completely remove it from the client area, while still allowing you to revert it later if you wish.
