My accountant has advised that I should change from Ltd company to sole trader. I haven’t used my QuickFile yet but have started to set the accounts up. I know I can set up a new account but can I just do a complete delete of the account and then start from scratch with the sole trader. I will need to use the same email address and wondered if I completely delete will I be able to do this.
Thank you I did find that but it wasn’t clear if I could use that to change from Ltd. Company to Sole Trader as I will have a different bank account and I will need to have the MTD as a sole trader and produce the report for Self Assessment.
I wondered if it might be easier to completely delete the account but if I do can I use the same email address to start a new account?

You can use that option to wipe the account or completely delete the account.
To change company type your would have to delete the account and then you can sign up again with the same email address.
