Hi I have uploaded my bank statement but it has not uploaded correctly, the format has not recognized the difference between inputs and outputs in cash, everything is classed as a input which is great as it is showing that I have £100k bank balance which would be fantastic but is not the case!
How do I correct this as I can’t seem to delete the account as it is the system locked “current Account”
You can’t delete the system current account. You would need to delete all the entries (50 at a time) and re-upload the CSV. I would recommend if the CSV contains a large number of records to create an abbreviated version before uploading if you have any reservations about the column mapping.
