Without being too overcautious, I want to just check that when I delete one company from Quickfile, that none of the others in my name are also deleted. They are all listed in Affinity and I assume it will detach when the data is cleared and it, and only it, is deleted. Reassurance anyone?

Yes, that should work but to be completely sure you could detach your dummy account first from your affinity account, and then delete the dummy account.
