Hello I am selling the business and would like to delete unsent estimates permanently
They have not been viewed or sent but were just a record for me of what I quoted

- Sales > View Estimates.
- Tick the estimates you with to delete.
- Click Delete Selected.
The will however show if you filter the list at the bottom to view the deleted items, this is for audit purposes and can not be changed.
I can do that hide them in deleted … I just wanted to delete them totally as they are unsent

Once created the number is allocated and saved for audit purposes you can not remove them completely.
