we have managed to delete a payment on the journal and I am not sure how to get back. I tried to refresh bank feed but it hasn’t come back. Do I have to include manually or is there some other way to include.

If you have deleted a transaction then you will need to input this again manually. If it has come through on a bank feed then you may be able to go back to that particular import and find the transaction to download again?
