Hi there, I accidentally deleted an untagged transaction, and I don’t remember the date or exact amount, so I cant really find it back in my bank statements…
Is there any way I can trace this back?

Unfortunately not with untagged bank entries. What you can do is use the reconciliation tool to cross check your QF statement with your paper statement. This will allow you to zero in on the missing entry.
