I have looked at previous posts. I wish to delete all the data and start again, how do I do this?
I have deleted the data, and that has deleted all the customers, suppliers, transactions etc. but I want to delete everything down to factory settings.
the only further option is to delete the whole account, but I have already paid for the year.
what can I do?

What else are you trying to delete without deleting the whole account?
the bank and loan accounts

As all transactions are removed you can delete these in the banking screen if required.
Click Options > Delete account
You do not see the option on default accounts
There will be 1 of each (current, cash, credit card, directors loan)
You can edit the name in settings for each account if required
