Deleting inventory database

I have back up my current inventory to clean it up a little, i want to now delete the inventory
on quick file and upload the new updated one so i don’t get multiple entry’s. How do i do this?

You can go to Account Settings > Import > Inventory Items/Tasks, and upload the that way.

I’m not sure however if it detects Duplicates. I’d suggest you test it with one or two first, and see how it goes

thanks for your help, i do know about this but it appears to duplicate everything

The only thing I can suggest is delete all previous entries and do a clean import. This shouldn’t affect previous invoices as they are independent of the inventory

You can delete 50 items at a time from the inventory management screen:

I see you have around 600 inventory items so it shouldn’t take too long.
