Deleting old clients accounts

Hi there. We have quite a few exisitng clients that no longer use our services. The problem is when i search up we have clients from 2021 who still us us with recurring invoices that are the same amount.

Is there any way we can delete past clients who no longer use ourselves. at present we have 563 clients on the system. I would say we could cut this down to 400.

You can apply a search in the clients screen to see the invoiced balance in a period e.g. search this year.

Sort by invoiced balance, All the ones who have a zero balance you can block select and then delete selected (try a couple first to make sure it works as expected))
