Delivery note as delivery instructions

Hi there,

I’m not experienced with CSS - the delivery note is a very good idea however I was wondering if I can create a similar document called Delivery Instructions ?
I currently send instructions to a lot of suppliers requesting them to arrange deliveries to my customers but it’s all done manually (excel).

If something can be created where it shows the supplier (TO: ABC Supplier Ltd) instead of customer - then delete the items as I don’t need them provide services), maybe leave the additional notes field - and then underneath show the customer name and address. Then at the bottom show the delivery date and time (editable field).

Is this possible at all please ?

Would could be an option is a comments line?

If you click on the little cog, you can enter a line as a comment rather than an actual item/event:

QuickFile is accounting software, so what would perhaps be more relevant would be stock control or delivery management software that could link to QuickFile?

It sounds like what you’re referring to is Purchase Orders.

You can use a Purchase Order as a formal way to request goods from your suppliers.
