Direct Link to Support Tickets on Dashboard

Morning @QFMathew, stupid question alert: Is there a direct link to the support ticket screen on the Dashboard? So far I only get there via a client’s message and then using the Back button.

Please forgive me for posting so many questions this morning, this is my last one. For now. Off to make some pots now…

Do you mean the messages that clients send you?

There’s no direct link on the dashboard, unless either:

  • You create a custom link on the left hand menu, or
  • You have an unread message (this shows in the notifications in the top right).

Apart from that, they can be accessed by going to Account Settings >> Tools >> My Messages.
