% disallowable

I need to allocate a proportion of my business expense to disallowable, for instance - my mobile phone that is 75% business use 25% personal use, Another item is my house utility costs that my office only uses a portion of, I need to disallow about 90%.
I have tried to follow some other posts but I am a relative newcommer, so got lost in some of the accounting terminology . Please could someone explain in simple terms how I do this.

There isn’t a set way to do this within QuickFile, but some users have posted some suggestions.
