Disconnecting Client from our Affinity Account

Hello,

We have disengaged ourselves from a client and need to unlink them from our Affinity Account.

However, we have recommended that they should continue to use Quickfile software. The new accountant agrees that the client should continue with Quickfile also. The account is M so we believe that there should be no fees to be charged to the client by Quickfile.

Please kindly confirm this for us and please could you let us know that if simply unlinking the client is sufficient and how to ensure that they still can have access to the Accounts.
