Dividends in P&L Statement

Is it possible to show dividends paid on the face of the profit & loss account?

I can create a new nominal code for this but was just wondering if I was missing the reason for them going to the balance sheet as standard.

Dividends aren’t deducted from profit so should be posted to the “Capital and reserves” section on the balance sheet.

i think this is a similar request to mine.
Craig would like to see the dividends on the ‘face’ of the profit & loss account (so not deducted from profit) but rather from distributable profit. The distributable profit is the one after CT deductions.

Since QF now has a CT tax report, dividends would ideally be deducted in the tax report rather than main P&L.
