Document Manager - Custom folder "unallocated"

Receipt hub (move to folder) errant folder name

The update made was to allow for these folders to be deleted. If you go to the Document Management area and scroll down right to the bottom you should see an option to delete custom folders. [image] In here you will be given the option to clear any empty folders and these should then no longer appear in the move dialogue on the Receipt Hub. Hope that helps!

In a/c ***451 there appears on the Document Manager page - Delete custom folders “unallocated”. I have deleted this folder on numerous occasions but it keeps reappearing. It does appear in the dropdown list of folders in use when looking via Advanced Search.

I have left it there for now so that you can take a look at what is causing this custom folder to keep reappearing.

The “unallocated” Folder is no longer coming up as an additional folder. Please close this bug, thanks.
