Can anyone tell me how secure the Document Manager area is? I know it uses amazon storage, but it seems that anyone with the link to the file can download it or view it?
This could be useful for storing things like terms and conditions and linking to the file in emails etc, but what about other sensitive documents you may wish to store there?

That’s correct. The link can be accessed by anyone with the URL. The URL itself though has a number of unique IDs and references in it, so it’s difficult to guess. We also don’t publicly list all the available documents (e.g. listing all files in the bucket).
