Document My Letters

I have noticed that when sending a letter to clients the account name is heading the address. In the invoice settings the recipients name was able to be substituted for the account name. Can this be the case with the My Letters?

I’m not sure I’m fully understanding your question but you can change the recipient name and free type whatever you like here if you don’t want to address it to the standard company name.

Thanks - I understand. When creating a letter you enter the recipients account name which will retrieve the address and then you can overwrite the recipients name.
