Does Quickfile have an inventory tracking system?

Hi,

I would like to know about Quickfile inventory system. I just wonder if Qucikfile can do the below sample;

1- Purchase Order for product A is 1000 pcs with £12 of each
2- Sales Invoice for product A is 150 pcs with £14.40 of each

end of the month, Quickfile records are;

  • Inventory:
    • Product A, 850 pcs, Value: £10,200
  • Sales:
    • Produc A, 150 pcs, Sales Amount: £2,160, Cost: £1,800

QuickFile does not have any sort of stock control features built in. Stock control is a huge area in itself, not a trivial feature to get right. There has been lots of different feature requests raised around this in the forum but there are no immediate plans to implement it.
