Unable to use Quickfile today - server does not load…

Tested on multiple browsers, multiple platforms and multiple ISP’s

Update 1: Pages are now loading but are incredibly slow
Update 2: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
Update 3: Now working as expected

I can advise it is the same for us. It is really slow occasionally loading but QF have a issue

I gave up but have just tried logging in again and everything is now working as expected

Did you have a backup or a server reconfiguration at that time? very strange

We did notice a spice in response time between 10.45 and 11am.

The development team are investigating the cause.

This happening to me this morning. At first got the error loading. Checked with the ‘is it down’ website which reported it was up, checked again and by that point it WAS working again, but this morning it’s been really slow. Other websites working just fine.

We are looking into a possible related issue at the moment. But everything should be working all OK for you now. Please let us know if this isn’t the case, however.
