Download all invoices in one click

Currently, when I search for a client, their invoices are displayed 50 per page. If there are, for example, 1,000 invoices, I have to click ‘Download All’ on each page.

I would like to be able to download all the invoices across all pages in one click.

Just to make sure we understand your request correctly, would you mind giving us a few more details, please?

For example -

  1. Would you expect a PDF, or CSV download?
  2. What would be the use case of downloading all the invoices?

To answer your first question, I would prefer a CSV download option.

The use case is that we have customers with up to 500 invoices per month. Currently, I have to go through each page (showing 50 invoices per page) and download them individually. Instead, I’d like to be able to download all 500 invoices in one go.

You can get a CSV copy of all of your ledgers (including invoices) via the backup
