I am trying to download a copy of the receipts/invoices that are in my quickfile account (currently 50 files) for the purposes of having a backup. However, when I open the Document Manager as per Download an archive of your documents only the search button appears. Am I doing something wrong?

On the support article it advises the below, you can however, click on each document and save them but the Archive option is a power user feature.
