Download multiple expenses as a PDF

Hello!

I’ve been able to download a single PDF of all my outgoing invoices under the ‘Sales’ tab. I’m hoping I can do this also for my business expenses (under ‘Purchases’) but I can’t figure out how to do this. Can anybody help?

It is not possible to do this for Purchases (Single PDF of all purchases).

Sales invoices are produced by you and would need to be printed or emailed to issue to clients.

On the Purchase side, Purchase invoices are issued by your suppliers and you record these transactions in the software.

If you wish you can print off individual purchase invoices by opening them adn printing them or if you need a list of the invoices, you can print this from the Purchase Management screen or the Chart of Accounts.
