i was looking to download my 2024/25 invoices for my records. i know you can select 50 invoices on each page and download them but this is annoying if you have hundreds of invoices. I looked at the document manager help pages and it seemed to suggest you could download anything from there. when i go on it it has my purchases on it and you can’t seem to change it. is there a way to download a year’s invoices in one go?

On the document manager you can click download archive and you will see the below
You can then enter a years date range to download.
yes i have done that but i can only download my purchase history not invoices?

This will download any files which you have uploaded.
If you are after transactional data you can run a backup of your data. This will give you a collection of CSV files of all of you transactions.

Hi @tmg,
I think you are referring to your own sales invoices - QF only lets you download 50 at a time.
If you take a backup of your data - Account Settings>All Settings>Monthly Backups and run a backup now…it will be emailed to you.
Once the file appears, double click and look for “Sales_Invoice” and all the sales are listed here and you can then sort the order in to Inv number, or inv date etc.
