I was trying to make a draft letter that i could send out to clients or suppliers when i required but it will not let me save it without a client or suppliers name already in it.
You can put any name you like in there, it doesn’t need to be a client or supplier, it just needs to have a name before you can save.

I just realise after trying this there is another way, once the letter has been sent you can copy the original letter and just change the name and remove copy of from letter name
