Dropbox integration - files not appearing in account

drop box uploads 1 to 50 then i-on integration refuses to load the 20 to 39 receipts two days 9 times tried-this and its a no go

I believe this would be due to the underscores in the file names. Please see the post below, which can be found from a forum search:

If you have files in the receipt hub that are already using these names, tagging them should resolve it. This is probably going to be quicker than renaming the files given the list in your screenshots.
