DropBox not working

Dropbox integration seems to have stopped working, is there an issue?

Its been working fine for a while and I have made no changes to dropbox

Were there any errors returned by the manual polling, and are all the files meeting the requirements?

No, it said no new documents found

I logged out of Dropbox an logged back in again, still the same

What size are the files?

By the way - I removed your image as it contained account numbers

We’ve checked these folders manually and they are showing as empty. Could you try accessing the folders directly on www.dropbox.com please, just to be sure they are showing on the Dropbox website?

They are not in the cloud.

Ah ha - I think there’s the issue then.

It sounds like the files haven’t synced from your computer to Dropbox.

Firstly, ensure Dropbox is running on your computer. If it is running and the files still haven’t synced, it would be a Dropbox issue. I have found the below guide from Dropbox which may help:
