Dropbox Problem_help please

Hi guys. I am setting up Dropbox integration for a Client. I haven’t used this feature for any clients for a considerable time, but now revisiting it. I have tried every which way but cannot get it to work, I haven’t used Dropbox for a while., as my backups are made to a paid version of Google Drive. The first part of troubleshoting says “It’s easy if you have multiple Dropbox accounts to link QuickFile to a different account to which you are depositing files. If in doubt disconnect and reconnect your QuickFile account to Dropbox paying close attention to the email address you provide on authorisation.” When I disconnect and reconnect I am not asked for the “email address you provide on authorisation”. So cannot check. I have cleared cookies, it’s not that.
