Dubai missing from new client address drop-down menu options

I am just inputting a new client to Quickfile, and their address is in Dubai.

But I cannot see Dubai as an option on the drop-down menu. Does anyone know if it is there, or does it fall within United Arab Emirates or something?

It will list countries only here, I believe Dubai resides within the U.A.E.
