Duplicate Bank Feeds


I am having trouble with duplicate bank feeds, it’s driving me mad. I have the setting set at - Consider duplicate if date and amount match but it is still happening.

Can you advise what I can do to stop this happening.

Can you tell me what type of bank feed this is please (e.g. Yodlee or Chrome Extension), and what bank it’s with?

Are the transactions that are duplicates exactly the same - both date and value are matching?
