I am new to Quickfile and getting used to the software so bear with me if this is a stupid question.
I have duplicated a purchase in the last VAT quarter and now need to delete it, but i can as it is now locked.
How do i go about fixing this?

Go into the locked purchase, “more options”, and create a credit note to cancel it out. Assuming this doesn’t mean you’ve over-claimed VAT by too much (i.e. not hundreds or thousands of pounds) this should be all you have to do but if you want definite advice then you’d have to ask an accountant.
