Duplicated transaction for account transfers

I have a bank feed for our accounts and I am finding it is importing duplicate entries for transfers between my JAR and current account even after I have tagged them. Sometimes multiple times and many days after. How can I prevent this ?

If you have 2 accounts with feeds you need to match them off rather than create a new transaction when tagging

See the example below

I have a £100 transfer from Nationwide to Starling

  • Tag the Nationwide transaction > Bank Transfer between accounts > Select Starling
  • The drop down defaults to new transaction, click it and select the transaction to match it to.

Note if you leave it as “Create new transaction” a duplicate will be created.
