My eBay virtual account hasn’t imported any transactions since early June. When I go to feed settings, there is no option to activate bank feed. It only has options to delete feed, insert aggregate totals, or import non-sales charges.
Do I need to manually import the missing transactions? How can I reactivate the feed?

I would recommend removing the feed (from feed settings) and re adding it so a fresh authorisation is granted.
This tends to resolve most issues with feeds.
Once you have done this, if you are still having issues please let me know.

Yes, anything imported will not be deleted.
