eBay Managed Payment - How to Handle Fees

Hi,
Just need some advice on how to account for ebay transactions with the new managed payments.
As an example if I sell an item on ebay for £100, then minus £13.08 (inc VAT) for ebay fee. I get £86.92 in my bank account.

What do I have to do with this payment once showing in quickfile?
