If i sign up to have ebay managed payments downloaded to quickfile will the down load take account of the different vat rates on sales. My EU sales are now at 0% whereas my UK sales are at normal rate. Will the downloaded information take account of this difference so my vat return will be correct or is the managed payment download just the money going into my bank account from ebay with no vat information with it, shay

The Ebay manged payments feed will only bring in the transactions. These will have to be tagged to invoices for there to be any VAT recorded against them.
