Hi, A client needs to amend the descripton on a locked VAT invoice. The amounts do not need to be changed, he just needs to add the site job address to the description. Is there any to do this without crediting off and creating a duplicate?

It is not possible to edit vat locked invoices.
You would have to roll back vat returns then recreate them in chronological order (I would advise against this).
You can still attach files to locked invoices so you could add an addendum/correction to it?
