I have a query about the line description view available in the nominal codes list. So for example, in a sales list for a given nominal code I have the option to check the “show all notes” box and the client and description appear below each invoice, which is very useful. These notes seem to be drawn from the name and description on the invoices. It is possible to edit and update these notes. However this does not update the info on the invoice. This would be useful if you need to modify the descriptions on a batch of invoices without opening each one individually. Would this be possible to implement? I’m currently not sure why we have the option to update the description in the nominal code view, as the updated version does not seem to appear anywhere else.

How I would expect it to work
If the “Description” is updated in the notes field under the invoice, this would automatically update the description field on the corresponding invoice. Currently it is possible to edit the description but this does not update the invoice. The only way to modify the invoice is by clicking on each invoice link in the codes list view.
