Email address

My business email address had to be changed, how do I update my details?

Do you want the email address changed to login? If so, go to (change mycompany to your login browser address) or click on Account Settings >> Company Settings >> Team Management (top grey menu, second from the right). Look for the account where you want to change the email address and click Modify and change your address. Don’t forget to click save.

If you want to change the email address for your smtp settings, go to or click Account Settings >> SMTP Settings (under 3rd Party, second from the bottom).

If you mean you want to change your email address for your ‘Reply to’ Address’ (If you send invoices/estimates/statements trough quickfile) and the email shown on your Invoices, go to or Account Settings >> Routine Emails
