It looks like there was a problem reaching your SMTP service
and emails are not going via our server. I have checked and all the settings look OK so it seems to have been a temp[orary problem, but how do I get QF to reset and start using our server again?
Thanks - that seems to have fixed it. What is odd is that we sent out about 250 emails today (before I did the resending the activation email) and they seem to have gone through our server OK even though it was reporting a problem in QF
